Stefan Devocht – Principal Partner
Mr. DeVocht is a business analyst and systems professional with over twenty years of experience in enterprise architectures, business modeling, systems and technology planning, database management and implementation of interactive information systems. He is an expert with strategic information management planning, information engineering, and business re-engineering methodologies as well as an accomplished lecturer and effective communicator with all levels of corporate management and personnel. Mr. DeVocht is a demonstrated successful facilitator in an organization's migration to new business and technology architectures.

Mr. DeVocht currently devotes most of his time assisting EAI's clients with their IT capital investment and IT strategy projects.




J. Michael Lee – Partner 
Mr. Lee has over twenty years of experience working with Fortune 500
companies and government agencies in the understanding, adoption, and organization-wide deployment of technology.

Michael is an accomplished consulting leader and practice builder. He is a former Practice Lead for Business Acceleration Services for EDS, North American Enterprise Integration Delivery Lead for Accenture and leader in Accenture's Enterprise Architecture practice. He was also responsible for the Enterprise Integration practice within the Financial Services industry.

His skills and influence have been recognized by his software partners. He has advised many of the leading integration vendors in their product and market direction including SeeBeyond, TIBCO, webMethods, Sterling Commerce, IBM CrossWorlds, Bowstreet, Cast Iron Systems, Data Power, and Solace Systems.

Michael is a noted speaker and has presented at BEA's eWorld, SAP's Innovation Forum, TIBCO's Strategic Directions Conference, webMethods' Integration World, the Network Centric Warfare Conference, Cast Iron Systems' Integration Summit and NICSA. He has also spoken at the internal architecture conferences of his clients such as BellSouth and Duke Energy.

He authored Accenture's Object Development Method first published in 1994 and the Strategy and Business Architecture Phase of Accenture's Business Integration methodology first published in 1997

Ervin Reeves - EA Specialist

Mr. Reeves worked in the capacity of Sr. Enterprise Architect for the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management (SAF/FM). He is a Certified Enterprise Architect and a Certified Information Security Manager. Mr. Reeves has over 25 years of experience designing and developing IT systems for both commercial and government clients. Before accepting his current position with the SAF/FM, he served as the Sr. Enterprise Architect for the Air National Guard and he served as the Chief Architect for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) previous to the Air National Guard. Mr. Reeves serves on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Information Assurance Working Group in support of the DoD Network Centric Warfare Initiative. Mr. Reeves is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Assurance at the University of Fairfax.



Bill Teagarden - Partner
Mr. Teagarden is a manufacturing business consultant with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in manufacturing operations planning and control, information systems management, project management and consulting. He has worked with companies from the Fortune 100 to privately held firms and government and non-profit organizations. He is an exceptional team leader, problem solver and communicator who has worked effectively with management and technical staff.



With proven skills in business process re-engineering, including the development and implementation of process and productivity improvements, he has facilitated subject matter expert meetings on the identification, evaluation and selection of potential business process re-engineering projects in support of the overall Enterprise Architectural Planning effort. With an outstanding record of success in applying innovative solutions and information systems technology to support operational and strategic goals, Bill has managed or led the successful implementation of six different MRP II systems in more than a dozen companies.




Darrell Hardy - Consultant
Mr. Hardy posses more than 17+ years of technical experiences in various professional settings with a diversity of hardware, software, applications, and languages.    Experiences have included both individual and team based projects.  Scope of experience includes: project management, analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance, and modification.  Projects range from in-house systems to implementation of MRPII and ERP packages, Website design and maintenance, Web server installation and maintenance, Windows 2000 Domain/terminal/web/file/SQL server implementation and  maintenance, security and virus management.




Tracy Wittenkeller - Web Communications Specialist
Mr. Wittenkeller has over 14 years of experience delivering innovative design in print and electronic media. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Internet and the WWW. He established a corporate graphics department and was responsible for developing marketing and communication campaigns for three companies with combined assets in excess of $1 billion. Activities performed: designed logos, brochures, direct mail promotions, national magazine ads, business presentations, web sites, corporate forms, policies, etc. He has created marketing campaigns and materials from concept to finished product which included contacting various venders, promotional companies and/or commercial printers to receive quotes and discuss projects.  He has designed artwork and visuals for print, slides, tradeshows and electronic multimedia presentations.
